PCC is physical to the best of my knowledge. Attach that red label you got from O-PNP on top. Include your file no, UCI I just paid my fees and sent scanned copy which is image file. I hope that is ok. my time line is same as fistillarte

My two friends got PR Appled in oct 2014 to cic under Ontario PNP master degree quota I applied in jan. Hope to receive mine in coming two months Medical received already. Waiting for fees to pay and PPR

PPR will be in Aug or even July end. My 2 friends got PPR already and they applied just 2 months before me (they applied in oct 2014). Infact our processing is faster so hopefully you will get good news coming month.
