Congrats joolery! What do you mean by a 2nd application? Did you do an online application before the AoR and then a 2nd one after getting the AoR?

I share the same thought. The only reason for believing the cap has been reach is that no AoR has been granted since the Aug 14th applicants. Mine reached CIC on Aug 15th and I haven't heard a word from it... :-[
