I believe the time upon receiving the MR is base on your VO since my fellow applicants whose VO is in manila still have not received yet i think its more than 5 days or yet a month to go before we received the MR. Thanks serayu!

@ serayu there are two sets of numbers here 1 is the UCI and the Application which one is for ecas? Thanks! @ abercombrie In the email that i received its just " YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE FORWARDED TO A VISA OFFICE" nothing specific.

sorry to know that your friend had this unfortunate event but i guess whether she contact the cio or not her file is going to be returned. what she needs to do now is to wait for the file and send back another application. my suggestion is use a bank draft this time so this event will not happen...

thank you ragluf! @ANL wala pa ako AOR naghihintay pa din ako hangang ngayun. kase may nakita ako dito sa forum na nakareciv na MR thru email tapos naka attached na din ung parang MR form pero hindi ako sure kung ang VO nya is manila din. tapos meron naman ako kilala na VO manila na nakareciv...
