I didn't receive an email for update but when I checked mycic account I saw my application is now updated and background check "in progress". I hope ppr is coming very soon.

Aww. how did it happen? they usually check if it's complete or not before giving you file no.

I thought I would be happy that it's August now but upon reading posts from June onwards applicants that they didn't receive any ppr yet feels like I will be waiting forever again.

It will come.. praying for all August applicants to get MR and to other applicants as well..

I received a reply from CSE after 10 business days.

It's been 2 months since RPRF but no MR still. How long are we going to wait more?? Hoping for some good news next week.

I have asked cic agent the same question before and they told me it doesn't matter whether I add the baby or not since the baby is already a canadian citizen.

If you applied for close wp then you will pay $155 but it you applied for an open permit you will have to pay an additional $100 to have an open wp.
