The PPR is in the mail body format. How did you attach the PPR also, the profoma has to be written in the mail body or sent as a seperate pdf?

We came to know from IRCC agent, that NDVO issues PPR even if file was processed at CPC-M/O and since NDVO is one of the busiest offices one can expect delays. I would be happy if someone else would clarify the same by calling IRCC. We called on last Wednesday.

Is there a thing like the applicant will receive PPR from local visa office of the PA (outland application), even though processing occurs at the VO ottawa/Mississauga?
