not according to the agent that i spoke to two days ago. they were still working on the applications that were received around sept. 25. the agent did mention that there might be some variation in terms of processing times as they had recently received a huge amount of applications.

did you call them and asked what might have caused the delay? did they advise you to re-submit an application?

according to the agent that i spoke to today, they were still working on the applications that were received on Sep 25 and earlier. There are even some august applications that need to be processed.

the agent that I spoke to just now was really sure that there was a technical glitch, and the system was updated today. maybe you should call them to confirm.

hey, i just called them again. apparently according to the agent that i spoke to, there was a technical glitch in the system, and now, as of today, they are working on the applications received on the 19th.
