Has anyone investigated why the wait times are long? I hear some people wait up to 5 years or so. Was there any analysis done on the processing times?

Wow. A couple of weeks ago I would wake up and check the forum and find that I had to read over 15 pages! Now each day the number of pages gets considerably less! Anyways congrats to those who receive PER and MRs! Looking forward to see the flood of MRs from NDVO! ;D
