0121 is related to people with Managerial background. If your current designation is Manager in your firm then chose 0121. 4163 is for less experienced/Intermediate level. Chose accordingly.

You have to chose one based on your current profile. if you are working as a manager currently then chose 0711. If not then chose 2131.

To apply for FSW you need to select a NOC code for which you are interested to work if you are granted the visa. So your education, work experience and the NOC that you chose must be in line with one another. else your case will be rejected.
