use the fast track option of India Post and not the regular EMS Speed Post...The regular EMS Speed Post consisting of my transcripts took a lot of time ( approx 11 days ) at Toronto for customs clearing.. the best would be of course be DHL /FedEx and likes

I think the monthly statement for chequing and Savings should be sufficient as it would have customer name , address , bank and branch. I am planning to take color printout of these online...

does anyone by any chance know if funds in RRSP or TFSA is eligible to showed as part of proof of funds ?

its probably nothing to do with the EE system.. its more to do with the communication of draws. I hope there are instructions before the draw informing the date and after the draw to inform the CRS. May be there are some backlogs in process which they are waiting to clear.. be optimistic folks...
