There is no issue in applying for TRV while ur file is in process, just be transparent about the whole thing. Dont hide that u have applied for spouse visa... show as much proof as u can for ties in India and finances

you can track it on vfc website, they must have given u a photocopy which u are supposed to show when u receive ur passport back. there is a number on it...... When did u submit ur passport.....

I hope they clear all there backlog asap........... stay strong and positive.....

i dont think that should be the reason there are most applicants in the month of june and july.... i just hope that ndvo sends dm and ppr to people who are through with their remeds and remeds to those waiting for such a long time....atleast they will be free from their file work.......

You should take it as a positive sign. I had a month when ndvo sent me remed request.....just be grateful they are working on ur file.....

No CIC/NDVO doesnt confirm anything, ur panel physician can only confirm....

NDVO just sends email no change after that, u will get it tomorrow or day after..... Dont worry, pls keep the forum informed...... when do u plan to leave, it usually takes 4 days to get passport back after submission........ i hope u r all packed to fly......:)

Thanks Kamal. And agree with Priya.K. As when i went to pp for remed, the first thing she asked was whether i am pregnant or not, so i am sure they have special measures for pregnant women. In my she should not delay and consult a doctor / PP for the same.......

You should never send passport by courier, you should deliver it by yourself. you will need to take your passport, email print adn 2 visa photographs.. Do you stay in mumbai??????? Submit it in mumbai itself, you cannot trust normal courier guys with ur passport....... you can have mumbai vfs...
