Their call center agents should be consistent with the info that they give to the applicants. When i spoke to the agent she said it with confidence that they will just deduct from the PR fee. But looks like there's a big chance that my OWP app will be returned after reading this.

Thanks for this. I was able to get hold of them and inquired about my application. The agent said that they're working on sept 12 applications. Re the missing or lack of payment for the OWP, they will deduct it from the Right of PErmanent Residence Fee instead of returning the application. In...

Hi, also did the same thing just paid $100 for the OWP Fee. My application was received last Sept 27. Pls keep us posted of status of your OWP-- whether they returned it or deducted the lacking amount from the the PRRF. Thanks!
