Yes that is correct. It's the same as the e-mail AOR I received before my eCas was activated. At least now I can sign-in and see the progress of my application, whereas two months ago everytime I tried to check on my application the eCas kept saying my application was not on file yet.

Hey all. So out of curiosity, I just decided to check E-cas about the status of my application and now there is information about it being received and an AOR being sent to me by e-mail. So I guess this is somewhat positive news.

I'm a July 7th Applicant. I also received and e-mail confirmation from CPC on September 25th, but since then I haven't heard anything yet. I haven't even looked at E-cas for the last two months because everytime I checked it, there was nothing. Don't worry about it over Christmas and New Year.

Wow I like the second line in that e-mail. Not too many CIC agents would request that you contact them if you did not receive a specific e-mail for them.

Thank you for the helpful replies guys. At the time, I did not include records of my employment when I sent the application because I did not think ahead. I am pretty sure I sent every other document that was required on their document check list. Also, I just moved to a new place at the start...
