I I personally don't know the existence of any specific requirement or template for a gift deed. However given your letter and the proposed attachments along with it, I can tell you it sounds very convincing. Others here can use yours as a template for a gift deed :)

If you didn't have the required balance for PR 6 months prior to your application or If you borrowed a considerable amount of money to meet the required balance, then you better provide a gift deed along with your POF, otherwise CIC may conclude the money was borrowed (meaning it was not yours)...

I now can see a group name and group # in my GCMS notes. My group name is "PNP" and the group # sarts with 1-Bxxxxxx. Nothing in the text suggests anything about when the application may be finalized.

True but to work for year or longer and full-time as an intern in Canada, one always need to have a work permit. FYI, I am not considering TA/RA as a full-time job experience here.

You need to have at least 1 year of full-time and continuous experience at a specific NOC to be eligible for EE. Internships are fine as long you had met the requirements of the relating NOC of your internship job as stated on the government's website. If that is satisfied, it does not matter...

Isn't AINP a paper based category? If true then their processing times are completely different from the express entry streams. You should follow a thread related to AINP instead of this one.
