I don’t know the purpose of the webform if they just answer with canned responses. I sent them last week and I got the same response I got two weeks ago

I don’t think there are any options for us, we can’t call to ask, webform agents don’t answer the questions. I reached to a point where I don’t want to think about it at all, for the last month I have thinking about every minute non stop and if I continue I will go crazy

Lol that's worst than the canned response from the webform. If there is no such thing as November or December application then why the processing time tool used to show what application they are working on at that time! He clearly has no idea what he is talking about

How can we reach them other than the webform? Twitter doesn't work I have seen there replies it's more canned than the webform. We should all reach them and demand them for an update of what's going on
