My daughter started February 2020 including CAQ and got her study permit approved last week finally, after a 35 week wait. She started online, she got first stage approval 18 August but her permit was approved and archived 22 June.

Are you aware there is a world lpandemic and Canada stopped the vast majority of students from receiving their study permit approvals between 18 march and 20 October 2020? That is a period of 9 months and created over 100,000 outstanding applications.

All your webforms will end up in the same place anyway. Some IRCC offices simply do not reply. I sent 7 forms in total and got zero replies, they were all viewed and considered and the decision each time was to not reply, I know that as it is in the GCMS notes.
