Question: When can you electronically link to your paper application? I am guessing that you must have already received an AOR in order to link the application to your online account, correct?.

I ended up using FedEx. It cost $106 USD (California to NS). It arrived in two days, with Proof of signature. Ok, now to wait and see... Thanks all for the tips and help...
