I have a question guys my file is transferred from Sydney vo to ottawa. My eligibility is done. So do they transfer my file back to sydney or they make a decision in ottawa vo ?

as far as i understood through the forums and other blogs few cisa offices process their applications faster and few in a slow pace. so it’s good to know your vo and also your eligibility. you can get that information by calling ircc or ordering gcms notes. correct me if i am wrong senior...
