Yes, response provided to me was that, "We are not aware of this. You should get an update as our file processes by case officers and currently, your case is well within the defined processing times that can take up to 1 year from Date of submission."

Vancouver VO is really slow, GOD knows what is the issue in their process but its just painful wait and suffering on our end. Plus updates on the tracker or application profile are also not that frequent. :(:(:(
