Don't have access to e-CAS since start of July. CIC said they have some technical difficulties.

Doubt it. I think it's because of the new system/software. Almost everyone experienced a lot of issues when they were completing their profiles. And this is just front-end, the easiest part. Imagine what is happening on a back-end part? I assume officers don't get notifications about our cases...

Everything is ok. BG check in progress is good sign. You will get your PR, don't panic. P.S. e-CAS is a very old system, plenty of bugs there. Right now a lot of people expiring issues with it.

Actually, I received an auto-reply this time. But it doesn't mean anything. CIC have troubles with all their web sites now (including CSE form). So maybe try to call CIC at the end of this week (hope they will fix everything) and ask about your problem.

As I understand you need to send a CSE enquiry about it. It's better to call CIC.
