I was deleted from e-CAS on July 3. CIC technical support confirmed that I can not login to e-CAS anymore, but my file is still processing. So it doesn't mean that you will rejected. Call to CIC or send a CSE to technical support maybe you will get more information.

Try to send a CSE to a Technical Support. Make sure that you attached a screenshots with errors (one page with info you typing and another with an information that they can not find you in a database) + provide an info about your browser software and etc. Also order a GCMS notes.

I'm a CEC applicant and I'm waiting 4 month and 2 weeks. No updates and no progress since beginning. And I couldn't find any info in my GCMS notes about why CIC put my file on hold.
