Property valuation certificate of property can only be regarded as assets, not the proof of fund For proof of fund, Bank certificate is enough.

Well in my view, CIC knows this fact very well, until they inform the applicants caps are reached, application keeps coming to CIO- Sydney. Surely, they didn't want to just pile up the application by giving wrong information. It will cost them. Anyway its just a matter of few weeks, after...

Not as of today, but as of 22nd Aug. And, pls don't forget their reporting is around 45 days behind.
