Try to make direct flight to Edmonton otherwise you have to complete landing formalities at Calgary and collect baggage and depart from domestic terminal. Lots of burden !

Nothing will be corrected at entry point. You have to send it to CIC again after landing and it will take 4-6 months to get corrected docs. But still , good idea to land first rather wasting time with NDVO. Keshab
