Yes i tried different computers and browesers but still does not work, i dont see the document upload page.

I tired everthing, i clear my history n cache memory, i used different computers,laptops,mobile devices, my frnds does not had issue with those devices, they used the same device as mine. but thye were able to submit it, it in mmy case it always went down.
