My application was received on October 14th by FBI and so far my cc has not been charged. Is there something wrong with my application or still FBI needs more time to open my envelop?? Any response is highly appreciated.

I did the same thing and LVO has accepted my Saudi PCC. I took the letter from Pakistan embassy when they visited Khobar.
