Yeah it is more secure to get new one but time facts. However yesterday my wife called to IRCC. IRCC told that it is still valid and also explained why it is valid. After telephonic conversation IRCC agent sent an e-mail exactly mentioning PCC is valid for 1 year. Thanks for your response. :)...

They should close your file immediately because it is already close to their time frame. Hopefully during this month you will get some positive movements. Hope for the best! Keep patience eventhough it is hard!

Actually I suppose to submit 2 separate PCC (From Bangladesh & Russian authority). I submitted Russian PCC with my application (Because it was in my hand) and they accepted it. Now they asked for Bangladeshi PCC by e-mail, not through GcKey. There is no option to upload PCC in my GcKey account...
