I had the same kind of update two days ago. people said it still counts as ghost update even though there was no email. haven't gotten ppr yet.

Is there a VO in Winnipeg? The two times that I raised CSE to make updates to my case, I got an answer from Winnipeg, but myImmatracker doesn't have winnipeg!
