yes true , but if you want to apply for EE so you have to prepare mandatory docuemnts like ECA( for ECA you have to ceritified your degree from HEC & SSC ) and forward to designated regulator bodies like WES, CES once it completed then attempt IELTS required minimum 6 in each components ...
