No.. dont change your address online. Cic will understand that you moved places this isnt good for you.. Just go to the post office and pay mail forwarding for the amount of time that you need

Really? I find it bizarre you guys are getting this answer from agents… When I call I usually say : "Hi..in the month of _____" I was told by the agent that my file was " _____"… "my last update was bla bla".." I really want to know what's happening because agent informed me this and so far...

well i dont know why agents dont give you guys info over the phone..they ALWAYS tell me..AND yes they do look into my file..they ask me every question such full name, client id number , bday, address etc..and after i ask questions they say hold on will check into your file..hold on..and I hear...

i tried to fill out the form SPECIFIC CASE ENQUIRY so CIC update my email address and it doesn't work ! it says ' your given name must contain only letters'…..and obviously i know how to spell my given name…..but it doesn't allow me to send and it says it's wrong…..what do I do ?

I dont know your case , but find a lawyer and if you think you have valid reasons try through appeal.. A lot of people have won appeals on their citizenship process……….good luck Or you can wait again….they don't care about anything , they care if you meet the requirements and your clearances...

i NEVER requested ATIP..too lazy………i spoke to cic agent about 5 weeks ago and they told me they were waiting for security check ( mine was expired)……they always give me info over the phone. But since yesterday when I call I get a msg saying its unable to transfer to an agent….i have to keep...
