Yes it was also submitted along with a cover letter and refusal letters in the CSE

That's really sad. If they can not issue TRV's, then at least they should start processing files at a faster pace. It doesn't make any sense for them to hold files for months together.. >:( >:( Hope NDVO wakes up. ???

It is almost 30-35 days from the date of receiving AOR1. This is what I have noticed from other applicant's timeline.
