Yes. I was already told that I could not ask for a deferral twice. I will have to apply through a normal route. They will evaluate my academic docs again. They will charge $500 again as their initial deposit upon issuing me an offer letter which can not be refunded either. I'm just clueless...

I think they are finalizing cases randomly. People who filed their cases in January or early feburary are still waiting.
