H&C you can’t link with your Cic account . You have to check with payment receipt number or file number.this way it will only show if it’s just received or in process.

You need to wait for the letter . I also applied for my mother last year , in process since April 2018 , no decision yet. When did you see your status decision made? And what’s ground for h&c? You may need a good lawyer . Try to have one as soon as possible. Wish you good luck.

Today it’s been a year since I applied for my mother’s application on h&c grounds. No AIP, no updates till today. Hope holiday brings a good news for all .

Hello park , what is exemption from medical inadmissibility? I hope you get your AIP soon.

I personally know someone from this group, she had cancer then cancer free she got her pr , she just provided a letter of explanation. She was treated for her cancer in Canada so she didn’t have to provide anything to cic as they already had her medical reports in their system.

did I tell anywhere that my mom work for any profit organization? No . She helped seniors and accompanied them , which counts as non profit and has no connection with work experience. Thank you so much .

Tourist can work as volunteer but with one stipulation that they won’t use it for a practicum position. What my mom did was just short term that’s it. Yes I will be careful if something is not allowed. Thanks
