Guys "decision made prior to e-cas means refusal right?

baka on queue yung sayo sis for visa stamping :) since may mga Nag-DM last friday na MI2 ata. Nung friday din someone received MR na din na MI3 from MVO.

Hello.. did you make any enquiry regarding your application?

A 2nd AOR or RBVO comes in email saying that your documents whas received by the Office. Meron din dun instruction na should you have changes in your status, employment,....etc. ay dapat mo sila i-update.

Any update yet? Manila VO? London VO? NDVO has started working again on MI3

When you send your documents, is it via courier or drop box? I didnt know that it needs to be asked sa CEM if docs are received. We sent ours 2 weeks ago though via courier and received by a Nestor Tuballa.

What was you exact query to them? If they received your docs or payment?

Seems like no one have heard yet from CEM. 2 or more persons though from NDVO got their passports with Visa and MR today.Hopefully it's a sign that they'll resume MI3 applications soon.
