So our file was returned because we had not submitted NOA, Sponsor had not received it yet. My question is since the forms were updated after our original submission, If we are to resubmit do we need to complete the updated forms or will just the updated checklist be enough??

I think you're referring to the missing people earlier. Someone applied a filter. I think I've fixed it, so it should be back to normal
