It happens to me last month. Wait 24h from the time your wife got her MR. If nothing come by this 24h deadline, send an email to cpc ottawa and they will send yours within 3-4 business days. No worries ;)

I had a possibility to apply for a working holiday visa last year, which got approved :) and I had until June 2016 to activate it. I just flagpole 2 weeks ago and my work permit is good until feb 2018.
It was a better solution in my case to activate it, than waiting 4 months for a BOWP and...
here we go :) :

AHAH, yeah, i know, right ? Anyway, cic update all ecas usually on Tuesday so ... we will see in 3 days. I know some delays in the file's update can occur if they requested some others document at the same time as M.R.
My apologize for the misspell :-X ... it should be receipt number ( imm5401 ). I know some people from July or June tried it and it worked ... CIC linked it to your account within 5-7 business days usually.
0 to 90 days in 80% of applications, but don't worry, if you don't get any call from your doctor a week after you did your medical, everything is good to go ;)

Still, it gives us hope and, no, ... and i'm from a visa exempt country and, waiting for my RPRF right now ( i don't want to do it upfront ).
