Don't send your passport unless they told to do so. Visa Office will send passport request form.

I have already mentioned it earlier in this page.However I am telling you again. 1.Photocopy of the FDR 2.FDR certificate from the bank in thdir letter head. 3.You may also include a saving account certificate in the letterhead of the bank. All these are available in the bank...

You need -the photocopy of FDR FDR certificate in the letter head of the bank If you request them they will show it in CAD equivalences. I submitted those.

If you are single you should submit only your photos. This applies to married persons only .

you should get you baby's documents first because any of your dependant either accompanying with you or not you should submit his/ her documents with you .It is clearly written in cic website.

Already you got opinion from india and Pakistai.If you are bangladeshi you should get your baby's passport on urgent basis.It will take only 7 days to get.As well as you can also get birth certificate urgently if you go through reference. All the best.
