Dear Taqrim just go to MCC website and follow the steps there. You should pay some online payments by credit cards to do so. 1 . registration fees 2. Verification fees. Then you should send your University transcript, university certificates to MCC. Then further processes. Thanks

One set of COPR will be taken by immigration officer and another set will be given to you for your record.Keep it in a safe place cause you will need it later when apply for citizenship after few years.
