I assume you emailed and let CIC know on your Receipt number. You can check in ECAS at the below link. Choose Identification Type as Receipt Number (IMM 5401) and give the required details at the below link. https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en&_ga=1.152462201.1544339898.1427240953

Friends, i paid my RPRF on 03 Mar 16 and today i am able to check my ECAS status using the receipt number. Wish us all good luck for more good news to flow this week..

With 17-18 months wait time already, we should stay positive as 1 month is negligible ! We know its painful but atleast something is happening now

Dont worry Bro. The call centre lady mentioned to me that all details looked good in my file and i should hear any time before 24 Jul 2016. Within a day, i get the RPRF request. So i am sure your's is on the way. Gud luck

Actually i will agree with your thinking as i thought the same too. Maybe its a coincidence but let's take what's in favor of us ! Trust me, the CIC call centre agent needs to be a really good person to accommodate our request and check our file.

Thank you Krunal. I did my upfront Medicals in Jul 2015 and notified them. Per GCMS notes, Medical status was Passed. I just updated my profile too.

After i replied to the above message, i just happened to check my email and guess what ! RPRF request email... Woo hoo ! I just made the payment and after 3 attempts to email the receipt (some reason, my initial 2 emails did not carry the attachment of the receipt), i finally notified the email...

Guys - i spoke to the CIC Call centre agent yday. The lady was very nice and she got my personal details and viewed my file. She cleared said that VO will reach out to me in case they need any documents (for now, all looks good though) and she said 24 Jul 2016 is the date by when i should expect...

I called the CIC agent and i was told the same that they have received a communication that the processing time has been increased to 21 months and that should get over by Jul 2016. Fingers crossed
