they replied : If your translator has their own affidavit or document that describes their translation ability, this may be accepted. If any additional documents or information is required, it would be requested by the officer assessing your complete file.

The problem is some times I traveled for less than a month and last time I tried the NSNP portal will not allow the "from" and "to" to be the same value ie: ftom 07/2013 to 07/2013, the portal considers that as an invalid entry..
