YOU can apply EI without ROE, as long as you know whats your employer wrote it down,,,,bec if you w8 for your ROE you will lost some benefits just like mine...just inform service canada that your ROE is on the way...YOUR employer can send to SERVICE canada electronically as long as she/he has...

@rosellyalung,just apply a day after your employer release you so that you will not lost some weeks of entitlements...but be sure that your employer write no more existing jobs or just "A" in your ROE....but if she write end of contract or finished contract or what ever it is that its not her...

LEON...in my case it was approved when i applied even though am holding restricted permit,,,,,,but it took a month b4 i got decision...everytime and then phone interviews, mails coming asking a lot of things..its not easy to apply for money .....or withdraw your savings from them... :P ;) :) :P

@rossell,are you still working with your employer?you can just apply once you lost your job... bec service canada want to know what is the reason......just pray that your employer will put "A" in you ROE once she will terminate the contract... :P ;) :)its like lots here wants to apply for...

sam.ums,what you read in your work permit is true...all DON'TS.....first ...seek an employer that can apply an LMO for u...dont know how long the process.After you got you new LMO apply for work permit that it cost 150,you can do on line or mail to vegreville...it takes 2 months or...
