finally , im a Canadian citizen today.....took the exam this morning at Edmonton and got 20 score.....exam was too easy just 5 minutes to answer...Oath taking will be on April 7...thanks guys for this forum....

here's my timeline....... Application sent....Jan 13,2014 Started processing......March 11,2014 Sent another letter for the family name change.....March 21,2014 Received letter to take exam.....Feb 17,2015 Examination date.......March 5,2015 ECAS....not yet up dated.. Edmonton office

January 13,2014 application sent...exam date march 5,2015

Finally got noticed for citizenship exam on March 5,2015....it takes almost 13 months.... :P

NOC 4241,,she is working in a day care center......sorry her WORK PERMITS expires APRIL 2015 not APRIL 2104

my friend just applied DEC 7, 2014 ,CEC category ,IELTS score 5.5...her work permit will expires April 2014,she is wondering if her papers will be accepted or rejected bec of the EILTS

work permit .......kunin nyo yan sa port of entry visa ..................nakatatak yan sa passport minsan nga may visa na kung may topak pa ang employer,,,pgdating sa port of entry at sinabing di ka na nya kailangan..ma deny ka pa rin....

ang visa makukuha mo dyan sa Canadian embassy manila sa passport yan nkatatak....pero yung work permit makukuha mo yun sa port of entry mo ....kung sa Alberta ka sa Vancouver yun ibibigay sa airport...

sad to say that you will just stay until APRIL 1,2015....... >:(
