what about case specific enquiry? I can understand the situation. think if you don't see any progress from your last ATIP for 3-4 months after the 36 month mark, then mandamus is the only option I see. I can you can do it on your own. but have to put in lot of efforts. you can see the details...

request an ATIP so you know little more info on where its stuck based on which you can worry about next steps.. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation......

Hi I have the same timeline as yours. But I have not got the request for additional documents. From what I understand, they are processing them within 2-3 months after the documents are sent. thanks

My file was initially at Scarborough office and then sent to St.Claire because of RQ. I'm guess if the file is forwarded to the local office, then it should be just a question of scheduling oath unless any clearances are expired. Hope for the best and I'm sure your getting there. final step for...

I found out that file was assigned to office on 14th Jan 2015 through ATIP. Also my RCMP clearance expired and was requested on 10th Jan 2015.

I'm not sure about the timelines but my file was also assigned to an officer on Jan 14th 2015. I have a special needs child and another kid along with mine. Lets hope all our applications are done ASAP. thanks

I'll try to give it a couple of months before I order another ATIP. But I'm hoping will be done before that.

I just got my ATIP from 23rd Jan 2015. "RQ file has been assigned to some officer Michael for analysis/review. FZ". Anyone else has this in the notes?

Same case for me as well. mywife came 8 months after me. she's a house wife. she applied in Dec 2012 and got her citizenship oath by Feb 2014. 14 months with no RQ.......
