In mumbai it takes max a week...i have called and double checked.however pcc takes time.they email our results to cic directly

Yes , i am not planning to leave till i get the PR in my hand..lol ..

They are giving me for the past employment but they are not giving reference letter for the rejoining i did on 5th dec 2018 (2 weeks back)

So i think i would have to give ielts again as i can clearly see that there is no hope for 441 anytime soon. I am at clb 9 at present...can anyone tell me books/tips to score clb 10...writing seems to be stuck at 7 bands.

Really have no idea mate. .. For all we know they are unpredictable

It could also be vice versa.. Like they delayed the draws so that the cut off in Dec should not go beyond 440 (because of higher CRS in Nov) because they knew that they had to conduct 2 draws B2B in dec

If the draw doesn't happen tomorrow then there are very less chances of the scores going down till 441...desperately waiting now...

Exactly...it will atleast take 4-5 months for the scores to come down at 441 if only one draw happens in December. I hope not... otherwise it would be a tragedy...
