I was confused about that too but on the checklist the police check didn't mention copies and I called them and it had to be original. So for my application the things that needed to be original were the police check and my Canadian Spouse's employment letter

I'm a little worried too! I attached all the PR stuff but for the OWP I just attached the application to change conditions form and that was it. I had no idea that there was an additional checklist and documents for that!

I'm located in Brantford, ON but I sent it at my local Staples via courier (Purolator) It didn't get picked up until yesterday and then was delivered today and I just did ground shipping but then again I'm only an hour and a half from Mississauga.

Actually I'm the Australian one and he's the Canadian and he really wants my last name but I said to him that we should wait until I'm a resident just because we've already submitted our application and it has his old name on his ID so if we were to change it I'm worried it would mess things up

Thank you for the quick reply. I figured as much as it's a legal document. Most things in the checklist and guide specify if an original or coloured copy is needed but in regards to the PCC I couldn't find anything.
