I did not create it "in order to get NOI." I got an ITA in November, 2017. I had to decline it as I had used wrong NOC for my job and got more points which I shouldn't have. I had no other option other than to create a new profile as it also expired few weeks ago.

If number of Inv I just created my Express Entry profile few hours ago, I am hoping for an ITA tomorrow. I understand that it could take some time for the profile to go live, but I see in my profile that I am in the pool and will be notified if I am invited. Seems to be quick in updating! ...
