I chose to pay extra for the courier. But I think that was a waste of money. I also don't think it matters if you choose courier or postal mail. IQAS sends you the softcopy as soon as the evaluation is finished. Infact I haven't received my hardcopy in courier yet.

Can you please let us know how did you reach the conclusion that this step has a possibility of accelerating the security checks time? I don't doubt it as I think there is some truth to this, just for my information I would like to know the basis of this opinion.

I would like to agree with you here. It does seem that only getting ECA for Masters degree should be enough. I just did it because I wanted to be on the safe side. do you know any one who got his PR with ECA only for Masters degree?

I also have the same question. Did you enter your high school credentials when submitting EE application? I was advised that this not required.
