Unfortunately, you need to pay another $255 for the OWP. they process the application of your OWP so yeah you need to pay it again.

what is that missing documents you forgot to include in your application? you can still use the receipt if there is no decision made in you application for OWP so you need to pay another fee again or you can just called CIC regarding this.

did you leave some gaps in your personal history? for the form 5406 you should write also a family information for the sponsor like ur hisband/wife who is PR when dis you aubmit your application? and when did they emailed you?

I think they will not return my application because I did not send the new photo specification because they just change and update it last Friday I guess? however CIC just received my application last Thursday :P
