yeah i have heard people who make new passports have to send pic with white background..but refusing to stamp visa because of that? wtf ours are also with colored background... my dad had got visitor visa on it without problems though..

i am worried a little.. i emailed them receipt of fees through case specific enquiry...my sponsors phone number is wrong too :( ( it was changed) and there is no indian address in the notes.. only mailing address of my representative in canada..i hope its normal

my timeline is same ..i have ordered caips notes to see if there is any problem.. and our address shows in canada too.. they use that address for mailing info or requesting docs only.. passports will be sent to your parents address

anyone with dependents on file got visa recently? ;D

same here.. but looking at things going on..i think we will get visa soon.. try to order caips notes.. they will give detailed info about your application if anything is missing.. applying for student visa at this time would be a waste of time and money..thats what i say..

passport request for dec 2008 ..that seems unbelievably fast.. :o one of my friend who had sent medicals last year in september got visa today.. his medical was going to expire in one week :D i guess things are moving at ND too :D

my rep is in canada too.. and it shows his address.. the file is at lvo though and we sent all documents + pp to new delhi and after that the status changed to medicals received as well.. whats the problem with it? cic will communicate with my rep through email or mail if they need to..

i ordered caips..i should have ordered gcms? :-\ it will take 3-4 weeks to receive caips notes

lvo new delhi is doing nothing i guess... i haven't heard of anyone getting visa from there recently >:(
