driving license is not big deal..you can get learners license right away by taking a test in which you have to do multiple choice questions.. Then you just take the actual driving test..if you had a driving license in india for like 2 years then you will probably end up getting class 5 license ...

i like vancouver.. plenty of good schools here.. but i am kind of biased since i live here.. Nightlife is nice ,if you got money you can have plenty of fun, Lots of bars , clubs in downtown.. Weather wise vancouver is awesome.. Toronto almost always gets more snow..this year was the worst..

Depends on your budget.. Downtown is more convenient but quite expensive... Even 1 bedroom apartment is like minimum 1200$ Surrey could be a good option ..its close to sfu surrey campus and you can skytrain to burnaby campus or UBC
