Raise a CSE to explain the title difference, no attachment is needed since that has already been done and the only issue here is job title. As this does not affect the role or duties you provided in line with the NOC , i believe you will be fine.

I use to feel that way myself. But now I believe a CSE is a great tool especially when in doubt. I have seen rejection mails where they refer to no CSE explaining the aspect where they have an issue with. Two days ago, i got two replies for a CSE i raised a month ago.

Raise a CSE and explain. On the AOR pdf file, there is a link to the CSE form.
