Hi i have done my landing on 11th june 2017 and have my COPR and i am waiting for PR CARD but i need to travel now to india in couple of weeks ? What is the process to obtain permission before travelling

I have mailed my passport on 26th of May 2017 i was delivered on 29th may 2017 and that too i can check it just from Canada post tracking no message in my cic account or no communication via email. How many days they usually take to send back the passport after stamping?
